Start with the overwhelm, not the framework
Nobody wakes up wanting a framework. They wake up with a marketing budget that isn't working, or a site that Google stopped sending people to, or a boss who wants "an AI strategy" by Friday, and the thing they need first is to be told which problem they actually have. So this page is organised by the feeling, not by the name of the tool, because in 15 years of doing this I've never once had a client describe their problem using the name of a framework.
Read the four descriptions below and go to the one that sounds like your week.
Or sort by who you are instead
Some people would rather not read four descriptions looking for themselves, which is fair enough, so here is the shorter route. If you run a small business and you need marketing to produce revenue rather than applause, start at Traffic + Offer, where everything is written in plain language on purpose and nothing assumes you already know the jargon. If you do this for a living, if marketing or SEO or marketing operations is the job somebody pays you for, then Opportunity + Authority and 4 Quadrant AI both assume you arrive with the vocabulary already, and they go deeper faster because of it. And if what you want is the thinking underneath rather than something to do on Monday morning, The Trust Algorithm is the theory layer, and it will never once tell you what to do.
Every site now says at the top who it was written for, and where to go if that isn't you.
Marketing feels like noise
This is for marketers, founders, CEOs, anyone at all who has been handed 40 things to do and can't tell which 2 matter. Every piece of marketing advice you've ever received sits on one of two levers, and the relief of seeing that is the whole point. Traffic + Offer is where I'd start almost everyone, including people who think their problem is more sophisticated than that, because in my experience it usually isn't.
SEO keeps changing the rules on you
If you have a website, learned SEO one way, watched it stop working, and don't know whether the fix is a new tactic or a new way of thinking, it's the second one. Opportunity + Authority takes old-school SEO and rebuilds it from first principles, which is the only version that survives the next 3 algorithm updates.
AI is arriving faster than your marketing can absorb it
This is for people who think in marketing operations, or who run a marketing department and need to understand how AI fits across all of it, the product and the pricing and the distribution, not just the copy. If AI in marketing has left you overwhelmed, 4 Quadrant AI is where you get grounded and decide, deliberately, how you're going to play the game.
You can't tell what to chase any more
Search, or AI answers, or follower counts, or the newest acronym someone sold you this month. Anyone confused about where attention is actually decided now belongs here, and it's the theory underneath the other three sites. The Trust Algorithm explains how machines and people decide who's credible, which is the question all those channels are secretly asking.
If you pick the wrong door
It doesn't matter much. Every site links to the other three in its footer, and they're one system seen from four distances, so the door you walked in through just changes what you read first. The story of how all four were built, the businesses they came out of and the failures that shaped them, is in the book. The sites are the tools. The seed behind them is the source. The book is the story of building it.
