In May 2009 I typed a lesson for the third week of the month, for the small groups of a church that had about 80 people in it when I joined and met in the afternoon. The file was called Cell Lesson, the heading was Being Relational in Revival, and the vision sat in the first paragraph in four words, win, connect, train and send, which I typed two months before my wedding without hearing anything in it except church. People will never “connect” if they are freaked out by our dysfunction! They will run a mile! You might get them saved, but you’ll never see them again! How many of us have got a cell phone number or an email address, only to find that the person gave a fake one, or doesn’t answer the phone.
